About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever considered making a real impact on people’s daily lives—right at the frontline of care? We’re looking for a dedicated Health Care Assistant to join our Abu Dhabi center in Al Khalidiyah. If you’re someone who thrives on connection, multi-tasking, and being part of a fast-paced (but supportive) clinical environment, there’s never been a better time to step in. Your warmth, attentiveness, and good communication will be just as important as your clinical know-how.
About the Company
Picture a center where patient well-being takes priority, but that doesn’t mean we forget about our team spirit. At our Abu Dhabi location, we believe healthcare is about genuine connection—between staff and patients, and among our colleagues as well. There’s a strong sense of camaraderie here: team lunches, helpful mentors, and a leadership style that encourages learning and sharing. Our space is modern, centrally located, and caters to a diverse community—so every day brings something a little bit new.

- Keeping detailed, accurate records (if you’re the organized friend in your group, you’ll fit right in)
- Maintaining a tidy, welcoming environment for both patients and staff
- Handling administrative or reception tasks when needed—everyone wears a few hats here
- Communicating clearly and kindly with patients, families, and the rest of the team
- Being flexible with your shifts and duties—healthcare doesn’t always stick to a script
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Certificate or degree in a medical-related field
- Solid foundation in clinical care—knowing your basics and when to ask for help
- Good written and verbal English skills (Arabic is a plus but not required)
- A presentable, friendly demeanor—first impressions matter to us and our patients
- Meticulous attention to detail (catching the little things that make a big difference)
- Willingness to adapt your role or schedule as the day demands
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience in a healthcare assistant or similar position
- Familiarity with healthcare software or EMR systems
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

- Supportive, multicultural team atmosphere
- Central Abu Dhabi location with easy access to transport and local amenities
- Ongoing training and opportunities to build your career within the center
- Modern facilities and an open-door management style
- Team events, lighthearted moments, and a real sense of purpose to what we do
