About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Ready to take the wheel in one of Dubai’s busiest logistics hubs? We’re on the lookout for experienced Heavy Drivers — whether your specialty is trailers, trucks, tippers, or buses. If you know your way around the highways (and back roads) of the UAE and want to join a team that keeps the city moving, this is your chance. With an urgent need to fill these roles, you could be on the road to your next opportunity sooner than you think.

About the Company

Our client is a well-established warehouse and logistics company based in the heart of Al Rigga, Dubai. The team is a vibrant mix of long-timers and fresh faces, all united by one goal: making sure goods get where they need to be, safely and on time. While it’s a fast-paced environment, there’s a real sense of camaraderie here — you’ll often find drivers swapping stories over tea after a shift, and management is known for rolling up their sleeves to help out when things get busy. The company values reliability, respect, and a strong work ethic above all.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving heavy vehicles (trailers, trucks, tippers, or buses) for warehouse and logistics operations across Dubai and the UAE.
  • Ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods to various destinations, sometimes under tight deadlines.
  • Conducting routine vehicle checks and basic maintenance to keep your ride in top shape.
  • Following all UAE road safety regulations and company policies — safety always comes first here.
  • Coordinating with warehouse staff and dispatchers to load, unload, and verify inventory.
  • Keeping accurate delivery logs and submitting daily reports as needed.
  • Assisting with route planning or offering suggestions for faster, safer delivery options.
  • Occasionally helping out with other warehouse tasks when things get extra busy (teamwork is key).

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Valid UAE heavy vehicle driving license (for trailers, trucks, tippers, or buses).
  • Hands-on experience driving heavy vehicles in the UAE — you know the roads and the rules.
  • Currently residing in the UAE (applications from outside the country can’t be considered at this time).
  • Good communication skills — clear, professional, and courteous on the road and in the warehouse.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or late shifts if needed.
  • A strong safety record and a commitment to keeping yourself and others protected.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in warehouse/transport logistics.
  • Basic mechanical skills for minor troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with digital delivery logs or route planning tools.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive, all-inclusive salary package (AED 2800–4500, depending on experience and license type).
  • Visa sponsorship and medical insurance provided — your paperwork and health are covered.
  • Annual paid leave so you can recharge when you need it.
  • Supportive team environment where everyone’s contribution matters.
  • Opportunities to learn new routes and vehicle types for drivers who want to grow their skills.
  • Central Dubai location — close to public transport and local amenities.

Here, you’re not just a number on a schedule. You’re part of the crew that keeps Dubai’s logistics running smoothly, day in and day out. If you’re ready for a steady role with real responsibility, we’re excited to connect with you.
