Let’s Talk About the Role

Interested in putting your heavy vehicle skills to good use at a company that values your experience? As a Heavy Truck Driver with one of Abu Dhabi’s prominent agricultural teams, you’ll play a vital part in supporting local farms, groves, and green projects across the region. If you appreciate open roads, steady routines, and being an essential link in the supply chain, this just might be your kind of opportunity.

Who We Are

We're not your average agricultural business. Our team’s roots run deep in Abu Dhabi’s farming community, and we pride ourselves on blending tradition with innovation. Every season, our logistics teams pull together to ensure fresh produce gets where it needs to go—on time and safely. Expect an environment where hard work is respected, good humor is appreciated (traveling stories welcome!), and taking pride in a job well done is the unspoken rule. Regular check-ins and a supportive crew mean you’re never just a number here.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Driving heavy trucks to transport agricultural products and equipment between farms, storage facilities, and markets across Abu Dhabi
  • Following detailed delivery schedules and ensuring cargo is loaded, unloaded, and secured safely
  • Inspecting vehicles before and after trips, reporting any mechanical issues promptly
  • Navigating Abu Dhabi’s agricultural zones efficiently, using your local knowledge to avoid delays
  • Keeping detailed logs of routes, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance
  • Maintaining high standards of road safety—and acting as an ambassador for the company on every trip
  • Pitching in when needed with basic maintenance or helping teammates at delivery points

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • A valid UAE heavy vehicle driving license
  • At least 2 years’ experience with heavy truck driving (bonus points for agricultural transport)
  • Familiarity with Abu Dhabi’s farming areas, backroads, and shortcuts
  • Commitment to reliability and keeping safety front-of-mind every day
  • Ability to work flexible shifts as operations require

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience with temperature-controlled cargo or agricultural loads
  • Basic mechanical know-how for minor troubleshooting on the road
  • Conversational Arabic or English to communicate smoothly with dispatch and farm staff

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Attractive salary—paid securely and on time
  • Company-provided accommodation, so you’re comfortable off the road
  • Stable, long-term role with a company that treats drivers as a core part of the team
  • Supportive management that respects your schedule and keeps your truck in top shape
  • Opportunities to learn about the agricultural side of Abu Dhabi (and maybe even pick up some new skills)
  • A team culture where drivers look out for one another—because here, safety and camaraderie come first

Joining us means more than just a driving job; it’s a chance to be valued for your expertise and be part of the landscape that feeds our communities. If you’re ready for your next journey, this could be the place to start.

Market-Based Salary Overview and Analysis

For a Heavy Truck Driver position in Abu Dhabi’s agricultural sector—with at least two years’ experience and a valid UAE heavy vehicle license—you should expect a monthly salary in the range of 3,000–4,000 AED. Similar roles often include accommodation and sometimes additional allowances, so be sure to clarify what benefits are covered in your offer. Given your experience and the job’s importance in the supply chain, negotiating towards the higher end of this range is reasonable, especially if you bring specific agricultural transport or mechanical skills.
