About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever considered being the cornerstone of a neighborhood supermarket—the kind of place where familiar faces quickly become regulars? We’re searching for reliable Helpers & Bike Delivery Riders to join our friendly team in Al Majaz 3, Sharjah. If you enjoy staying active, connecting with your community, and thrive in a role where every day brings something different, this opportunity could be a perfect fit. Plus, if you prefer riding a bike instead of being stuck behind a steering wheel, you’re in the right place.

About the Company

We’re a locally owned supermarket that’s something of a staple in Al Majaz. Our team is a lively bunch—from early-morning stockers to late-evening cashiers, everyone chips in where needed (and jokes fly freely during restock!). Fridays might mean a rush of customers, but it also means someone’s likely to bring in homemade sweets for everyone to share in the breakroom. Here, we believe in doing right by our customers and each other—we’re hands-on, down-to-earth, and genuinely take pride in being more than just another retail stop.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering customer orders around the neighborhood using a regular bicycle—rain or shine (well, mostly shine in Sharjah, let’s be honest).
  • Assisting with stocking shelves, arranging products neatly, and making sure the aisles look inviting.
  • Helping to keep the store sparkling clean and well-organized—sweeping, tidying, and sometimes tackling the occasional runaway trolley.
  • Pitching in with whatever comes up: helping bag groceries, fetching supplies from the back, or supporting the team during busy hours.

What You’ll Bring

  • Immediate availability to join us (the sooner, the better)
  • Physically fit and comfortable with regular cycling—our delivery area isn’t huge, but you’ll be on the move!
  • A positive, can-do attitude and readiness to help wherever you’re needed.
  • Friendly communication skills and basic English or Arabic (you’ll interact with both customers and the team).
  • A genuine respect for cleanliness and good organizational habits.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you—enthusiasm and reliability mean a lot.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary, paid on time—no chasing paychecks.
  • All the bike delivery gear you need (including a sturdy company bicycle).
  • Flexible shifts, perfect if you need to juggle family or studies.
  • Supportive team that looks out for one another—your effort won’t go unnoticed.
  • Learning opportunities if you’re curious about the retail business or want to grow into other roles.
  • Staff discounts—yes, you’ll save on your grocery bill!
  • A workplace that values genuine teamwork, good humor, and simple kindness.

Working here isn’t just about clocking in and out—it’s about becoming part of a tight-knit team that supports each other and the neighborhood. If you’re ready to roll (sometimes literally), we can’t wait to meet you.
