What You’ll Be Doing
- Assisting with loading and unloading materials—sometimes it’s heavy, but you’ll never be alone.
- Supporting machine operators (think: passing tools or setting up equipment) to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- Keeping the site tidy, clear, and safe; every pair of hands matters here.
- Helping with basic factory tasks like sorting blocks and maintaining supplies.
- Following instructions from team leads—you’ll always know what’s coming next.
- Pitching in with overtime when needed; teamwork sometimes means going the extra mile.
- Carrying out other general helper duties as requested, with plenty of guidance along the way.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Either a visit visa or a cancellation visa—plus at least 25 days left on it.
- Willingness to work physically, outdoors or indoors as jobs rotate.
- A cooperative spirit—respect for colleagues and a can-do attitude go a long way here.
- Punctuality and reliability; we rely on each other to get the job done.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience as a helper or laborer in a factory or construction setting.
- Familiarity with basic safety procedures (don’t worry, we’ll show you the ropes).
- Some spoken English or Arabic for easier communication.
