What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing daily personal care and assistance tailored to the client’s individual needs
- Monitoring health conditions and reporting any changes to the supervising nurse or family
- Assisting with medication reminders and basic healthcare routines
- Helping with mobility, transfers, and safe movement around the home
- Supporting daily activities like bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation
- Offering companionship and emotional support as part of daily interactions
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and positive living environment
- Communicating openly with family members to ensure quality of care
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in the UAE and able to attend an in-person interview in Dubai
- Previous experience in caregiving, nursing assistance, or similar home care roles
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive approach to client needs
- Good communication skills in English (other languages a plus)
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed
Nice-to-Haves:
- Relevant certifications in caregiving, nursing, or first aid
- Experience working with elderly clients or individuals with special needs
- Positive references from previous employers
