About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Are you the kind of person who knows the roads of Dubai like the back of your hand? We’re searching for reliable, safety-focused Drivers to join our growing hotel team right in the vibrant heart of Bur Dubai Road. Whether it’s ensuring guests’ cars are parked with care or getting our staff to and from work smoothly, this is more than just a driving gig—it's an opportunity to make a real difference in people’s day-to-day experiences. If you take pride in professionalism and enjoy the unique rhythm of hospitality, this could be the next step in your journey.

About the Company

Nestled along bustling Bur Dubai Road, our hotel isn’t just a building—it’s a thriving community of colleagues who genuinely care about making every guest and team member feel welcome. We’re known for forming a tight-knit crew that loves a good laugh (and the occasional friendly debate about Dubai’s best dining spots). Our leadership team encourages open communication, and it’s not unusual to see management rolling up their sleeves right alongside everyone else. With guests arriving from around the world, we believe in combining impeccable service with genuine warmth.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Safely transport staff between designated pickup/drop-off points and the hotel, always on time and with a smile.
  • Greet guests on arrival, carefully park and retrieve their vehicles, and answer any quick questions they might have.
  • Maintain a spotless vehicle—both inside and out. Trust us, people notice.
  • Double-check all logs and paperwork for each shift, making sure everything’s in order.
  • Keep an eye out for any mechanical issues and promptly report them to the fleet manager.
  • Lend a hand with luggage or deliveries if asked—it’s a team effort.
  • Respect the privacy and comfort of all passengers, no matter how busy the day gets.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • A valid UAE driving license (please check this one off before you apply!).
  • Familiarity with Dubai roads, especially the ins and outs of Bur Dubai.
  • At least 1 year of driving experience in the UAE.
  • Presentable appearance and polite customer service skills.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including weekends or holidays when needed.
  • Currently residing in the UAE (we do need you here and ready to join soon).

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Basic English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with valet parking systems or staff transport routines.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary package: AED 2,500 – 3,500 per month, plus overtime pay.
  • Free visa processing—we’ll take care of the paperwork.
  • Comfortable accommodation provided close to work.
  • Inclusive team culture that values respect, trust, and a healthy sense of humour.
  • Company benefits (medical, meals, and more) to help you feel at home.
  • Opportunities to grow and move into other roles as you gain experience.
  • A lively work setting where no two days are exactly the same.

At our hotel, you’re part of a community, not just a roster. If you take pride in your work, enjoy meeting new people, and want a stable, supportive environment, you’ll feel right at home here.
