About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Looking for a new role where your work truly matters each and every day? We are a busy family living in Business Bay, Dubai, and we're urgently searching for a dedicated Housemaid to join our home. This is more than just keeping things tidy — it’s about creating a safe, warm, and healthy environment for our family (and yes, the kids will know you by name). If you’re experienced in managing a household and caring for children with a genuine passion for cleanliness and care, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Family
We’re a vibrant, welcoming household that believes in treating everyone with respect and kindness — from parents to helpers (and even our neighbors’ pets). Our children are lively, curious, and the heart of our home, while our daily routines run on giggles, school runs, and the occasional impromptu dance party in the living room. We value open communication and aim to build trust with every member of our team — after all, when home feels good, life feels good.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keep our apartment sparkling clean, from top to bottom — floors, surfaces, kitchen, bathrooms, and all those little corners that tend to gather dust.
- Wash, dry, and organize clothes for the family (sometimes while keeping track of sock pairs that like to wander).
- Take care of the kids’ daily needs: preparing school bags, assisting with meals, occasional playtime, baths, bedtime routines, and ensuring their safety at all times.
- Maintain hygiene and order in communal spaces like the kitchen and play area.
- Alert us to any household maintenance needs — leaky taps, flickering lights, or anything unusual.
- Support with occasional grocery unloading and putting away household items after shopping.
- Foster a positive and respectful environment, setting a great daily example for the children.
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a housemaid or nanny, with hands-on knowledge of home cleaning, laundry, and child care.
- Genuine love and patience for children — those little moods, messes, and milestones included.
- Attention to hygiene and safety, especially in the kitchen, bathrooms, and with kids' routines.
- Trustworthiness: our children and our home are our world.
- Strong organizational skills — knowing where to find the missing sock or superhero costume.
- Basic English communication to understand instructions and daily requests.
- Currently residing in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
Not sure if you tick every box? If you’ve got the heart and experience, please reach out — we’d still love to connect.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Salary of AED 3,000 per month, always on time.
- Free visa sponsorship — no hidden costs, no stress.
- Paid annual leave, giving you real time to rest and recharge.
- Medical insurance provided, because health always comes first.
- A respectful family environment where your contributions are genuinely valued.
- Central location in Business Bay with easy access to public transport.
- Supportive, welcoming team — you’re part of our family, not just our staff.
If you’re seeking a stable, caring household where your work makes a real difference, this could be the right place for you. We can’t wait to meet our next wonderful team member!
