About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Are you someone who finds joy in creating a warm, tidy, and caring home? If you’re compassionate, reliable, and looking for a meaningful role in Dubai, this could be the perfect next step for you. We're looking for Housekeeping, Maid, and Nanny professionals to join a welcoming family in Al Muraqqabat, caring for a delightful baby girl. No experience? No problem. What matters most is your heart for caregiving and a genuine desire to help others thrive.
About the Family
This isn’t just any household — you’ll be joining a family that truly values kindness, trust, and open communication. They believe a happy home is built on respect and teamwork, and they’re eager to welcome someone who’ll become part of their daily lives, not just their daily routine. Expect a friendly, supportive environment where your efforts are noticed and appreciated. And if you enjoy a good laugh or sharing stories over a cup of tea, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping the home sparkling clean and organized, from the kitchen counters to the baby’s play area.
- Caring for a baby girl with patience, warmth, and gentle attention throughout the day.
- Preparing bottles, feeding, and handling light meal prep for the child as needed.
- Handling laundry, ironing, and tidying up bedrooms or common spaces to maintain a safe, cozy environment.
- Running simple errands or assisting with shopping lists when requested.
- Supporting the family with any household tasks that help their days run smoother.
- Communicating openly about the baby’s needs or any household concerns — your input is valued!
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Residency in the UAE (any nationality welcome!)
- A caring, attentive, and trustworthy personality
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Dependability — the family relies on your presence and commitment
- Respect for privacy and family routines
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in housekeeping, nanny, or maid roles
- Basic English or Arabic communication skills
- Familiarity with Dubai’s neighborhoods and amenities
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary: AED 2500–3200 per month, paid on time, every time
- Live-out arrangement: Your own privacy and space after work
- Work/life balance: Reasonable hours and respect for your rest days
- Legal benefits: All entitlements as per UAE labor laws (including annual leave, end-of-service, etc.)
- Supportive atmosphere: The family treats you as a valued team member, not just help
- Room to grow: Learn on the job, gain new skills, and build a rewarding career in caregiving
- Inclusive environment: Open to all nationalities, backgrounds, and experiences
You’ll be joining a household that believes in mutual respect and genuine care — both for their loved ones and for you. If you’re ready to make a difference and grow with a family who values what you do, we’d love to connect.
