What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain and update accurate employee records and HR databases—your attention to detail will shine here
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, making sure every team member feels welcome
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, from preparing official letters to scheduling interviews
- Support payroll and benefits administration, liaising with employees to answer queries
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure all HR policies are followed smoothly
- Prepare regular HR reports and documentation, keeping everything organized and up to date
- Help foster a positive work environment by supporting employee engagement activities
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in data entry or HR administration
- Proficiency in Tagalog (essential for team communication)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Close attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
- Comfortable with MS Office and HR management systems
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous HR experience in the UAE
- Familiarity with UAE labor laws
