What You’ll Be Doing
- Overseeing the recruitment process: from crafting job posts to scheduling interviews and welcoming new hires on their first day.
- Keeping employee records and HR databases up-to-date and organized, so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Preparing clear, timely monthly HR reports and documentation—accuracy really matters here.
- Supporting the roll-out and communication of company policies and procedures, making sure everyone’s on the same page.
- Lending a hand with any other HR-related projects or initiatives that help our team and company thrive.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) and strong communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in an HR role, ideally within the UAE.
- Solid grasp of recruitment processes, HR documentation, and best practices.
