What You’ll Be Doing
- Installing split and central air conditioning systems for residential and commercial properties
- Diagnosing issues and troubleshooting AC system faults, often on-site and under time pressure
- Performing routine and preventive maintenance to keep systems running optimally
- Charging refrigerant gas (and recording each fill accurately)
- Cleaning ducts and ensuring air pathways are clear and performing efficiently
- Communicating with customers in a friendly, respectful manner — sometimes you’ll even explain basic system care
- Prioritizing safety, cleanliness, and professionalism at every job site
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience (minimum 1–2 years) with split and central AC systems
- Competence in installation, maintenance, and repair for a range of units
- Ability to troubleshoot common HVAC problems — from electrical faults to refrigerant issues
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work with a diverse crew
- Basic English or Arabic communication skills (for work orders and customer interactions)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with duct cleaning equipment and best practices
- Experience in customer service or client-facing roles
- Valid UAE driving license
