What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing accurate accounting reports, tax refunds, income statements, and comprehensive financial statements for a diverse portfolio of clients
- Conducting thorough audits of client accounts, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory and internal standards
- Identifying discrepancies or issues within financial records and recommending actionable solutions
- Collaborating with clients to clarify financial details and provide insights that help streamline their processes
- Staying up-to-date with the latest accounting rules and tax regulations relevant to our clients’ industries
- Working closely with our team to meet project deadlines, often under tight timeframes
- Contributing your ideas to improve our internal audit and reporting methodologies
What You’ll Bring
- Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience (3+ years) in accounting or auditing, ideally within the UAE
- Strong knowledge of Indian and international accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports
- Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines with composure
- Professional communication skills in English (Hindi a plus)
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books)
- Experience handling tax filings and refunds for UAE-based clients
- Membership in a professional accounting body (e.g., ICAI, ACCA)
