Key Responsibilities

As a member of our team, your daily tasks will include:

• Preparing Fresh Juices: Skillfully craft a variety of refreshing juice drinks using fresh fruits and ingredients, ensuring every order meets our high standards of quality and taste.
• Customer Service: Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude, take orders efficiently, and provide helpful recommendations to ensure a delightful experience for every guest.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the preparation area, equipment, and shop environment spotless and organized throughout your shift, adhering to hygiene and safety standards at all times.
• Inventory Management: Assist in restocking fruits, supplies, and other essentials, and notify management when inventory is running low to ensure smooth operations.
• Cash Handling: Accurately process payments and keep track of daily sales transactions as needed.
• Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members and supervisors to maintain a supportive and positive workplace.

Candidate Requirements

To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Legal Eligibility: Possess a valid UAE residence permit and be legally authorized to work for others within the United Arab Emirates.
• Age: We are seeking a young and enthusiastic individual eager to learn and grow in a retail environment.
• Attitude: Bring a positive, can-do mindset to work every day, along with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
• Energy & Stamina: Thrive in a fast-paced setting that requires you to be on your feet, multitask, and handle busy periods with ease.
• Communication Skills: Ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues, ensuring clear and friendly service.
• Attention to Detail: Consistently deliver products that meet our standards of presentation and quality.
• Previous Experience: While prior experience in a juice shop or food service is a plus, it is not mandatory. Training will be provided to the right candidate.
