- Managing classroom behavior with patience and consistency, using positive reinforcement and conflict-resolution strategies.

- Communicating effectively with families, keeping them informed about classroom activities, student progress, and school events.
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized classroom that inspires learning and exploration.
- Participating in school events, professional development, and ongoing training to stay current with educational best practices.
Requirements
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field.
- Previous teaching experience in a kindergarten or early childhood setting is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and the unique needs of young learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to connect with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Patience, creativity, and flexibility to adapt to the dynamic nature of a kindergarten classroom.
- A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to making a positive difference in children's lives.
- Ability to integrate technology and multimedia resources into lessons to enhance learning.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) is considered an asset.
