Responsibilities

As a Laser Technician in our clinic, you will play a pivotal role in providing advanced skincare treatments. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Performing Laser Treatments: Administer a variety of laser procedures tailored to individual client needs, ensuring optimal results while prioritizing safety and comfort.
• Client Consultation and Education: Engage with clients to assess their needs, explain treatment options, set realistic expectations, and provide pre- and post-procedure care instructions.
• Collaboration with Dermatologists: Work closely with our medical team to design and implement personalized treatment plans based on each client’s skin condition and goals.
• Safety and Hygiene Maintenance: Uphold rigorous standards of cleanliness and sterilization for all equipment and treatment rooms, adhering to both clinic protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Equipment Care: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laser devices to ensure peak performance and consistent treatment quality.
• Documentation and Record Keeping: Accurately document all procedures, client interactions, and treatment outcomes in compliance with clinic standards and privacy regulations.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest advancements in laser technology and dermatological care to provide clients with the best and safest treatments available.

Requirements

We are looking for motivated candidates who bring both expertise and enthusiasm to the role. The ideal applicant will possess:

• Relevant Licensing: MOH license as a Laser Technician or eligibility to activate the license in the UAE.
• Professional Experience: Demonstrable experience performing laser treatments within a clinical or dermatological setting.
• Technical Knowledge: Thorough understanding of laser technology, its applications, contraindications, and potential complications.
• Dermatological Acumen: Familiarity with common skin conditions and the ability to recognize when referrals to dermatologists are necessary.
• Client-Centered Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for building trust, explaining complex procedures, and ensuring patient comfort.
• Attention to Detail: Commitment to upholding meticulous standards in hygiene, safety, and documentation.
• Team Collaboration: Willingness to work in a multidisciplinary team, contributing to a supportive and positive workplace culture.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
