Introduction

Are you someone who finds genuine joy in caring for little ones and watching them grow day by day? If so, you might be the caring, reliable live-in Nanny we’re searching for. We’re a warm family based in Dubai, looking for someone who will become an integral part of our household and help us give our baby the best possible start in life. If you’re compassionate, attentive, and searching for a stable, long-term role with a supportive family, this could be just the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.

About the Family

We’re a small, close-knit family that believes in kindness, open communication, and making everyone in our home feel valued. Our days are centered around our baby’s routines, laughter, and the small moments that make family life special. We know that being a nanny is more than just a job — it’s about trust, respect, and building a bond with both parents and child. We enjoy simple family traditions, sharing meals, and ensuring everyone feels at home (yes, that includes you!). Your comfort and well-being matter to us, and we hope you’ll feel like part of the family from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Providing attentive, gentle, and loving care for our baby throughout the day and night
  • Feeding, bathing, changing, and helping with nap schedules as part of a consistent daily routine
  • Engaging in age-appropriate play, storytelling, and basic early learning activities
  • Closely monitoring the baby’s safety and well-being at all times
  • Keeping baby’s room and play areas tidy, organized, and welcoming
  • Communicating openly with us about the baby’s progress, needs, and any concerns
  • Occasionally helping with light household tasks related to the baby (e.g., laundry, bottle cleaning)
  • Offering a steady, calm presence — especially during fussy moments or transitions

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience caring for infants or toddlers in a home setting
  • A genuine love for children and an understanding of their needs
  • Patience, reliability, and a gentle approach
  • Basic English communication skills (so we can easily chat about the baby’s day)
  • Willingness to live in and be part of our household
  • Respect for family routines, privacy, and household values

Nice-to-Haves:

  • First aid or CPR training (always valued, but not required)
  • Familiarity with baby-led routines or gentle parenting styles
  • Experience with simple meal prep for babies

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Comfortable, private accommodation and all meals provided — your basic needs are fully covered
  • Visa status is taken care of; we handle all the paperwork
  • Supportive, understanding employers who treat you with kindness and respect
  • A welcoming, family atmosphere where your well-being matters
  • Opportunity to build a close bond with our child and play a meaningful role in their early years
  • Stable, long-term position with a consistent monthly salary (AED 1000)
  • Located in vibrant Dubai, with easy access to amenities and community life

We believe in open hearts and open doors. If you’re looking for a place to feel appreciated while doing work that truly matters, we’d love to welcome you into our family.
