Responsibilities

As our maid and nanny, you will have a varied and meaningful role, helping our family in several key areas:

• Childcare:

  • Providing attentive, loving care for our one-year-old daughter
  • Engaging her in age-appropriate play, activities, and learning
  • Preparing nutritious meals and snacks for her
  • Ensuring her safety at all times, both inside and outside the home
  • Supporting healthy sleep and nap routines
  • Maintaining cleanliness in her play and rest areas

• Household Chores:

  • General cleaning and upkeep of the home, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and tidying
  • Laundry duties such as washing, folding, and ironing clothes
  • Assisting with meal preparation for the family when needed
  • Keeping communal spaces organized and presentable
  • Running simple errands within walking distance if required

• Creating a Positive Home Environment:

  • Contributing to a calm, respectful, and cheerful atmosphere
  • Communicating openly and effectively with family members
  • Being proactive in noticing and addressing household needs

Requirements

We are seeking an individual who brings dedication, warmth, and reliability to their work. The ideal candidate should have:

• Experience as a nanny or maid, preferably with infants or young children
• Genuine affection and patience for children, especially toddlers
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage daily household routines
• Basic cooking abilities to prepare simple meals and snacks
• Attention to cleanliness and hygiene throughout the home
• Trustworthiness and discretion in all aspects of the job
• Ability to communicate clearly (English or another mutually understood language)
• Adaptability to the evolving needs of a young child and busy family life
