About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Ready to bring your artistry and expertise to a team that truly appreciates craftsmanship? As a Master Cutter in our Ras Al-Khaimah (Aldhait) tailoring studio, you’ll be at the heart of creating Abayas, party dresses, and Mkhawars that make our clients feel genuinely special. This isn’t just about following patterns — it’s about shaping fabric and ideas into garments people cherish. If you thrive in a fast-moving, skill-driven environment and love seeing your work come to life, you might have just found your new creative home.
About the Company
We’re a close-knit team of passionate tailors and designers, united by a shared love for modern fashion rooted in tradition. Our workshop buzzes with energy, inspiration, and a healthy dose of friendly rivalry (who can finish the cleanest hem the fastest?). We pride ourselves on blending classic techniques with fresh designs, and every team member’s voice matters — whether we’re brainstorming for a custom wedding piece or swapping fabric stories on busy afternoons.
We’re growing steadily, thanks to word-of-mouth from happy clients who appreciate our attention to detail and personal touch. Fridays often see us celebrating the week’s best creations, and new ideas are always welcome at our table.
