What You’ll Be Doing

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide variety of mobile device issues, focusing on chip-level faults and component-level repairs
  • Perform intricate soldering, micro-soldering, and replacement of chips, ICs, and other board-level components
  • Use advanced diagnostic tools to pinpoint hardware problems and implement effective solutions
  • Maintain detailed service records and communicate findings clearly with both teammates and clients
  • Ensure all repairs meet our high standards for safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest models, repair techniques, and industry trends
  • Take part in team discussions to solve uncommon or particularly challenging cases—your input will always count
