• Performing precision soldering and micro-component replacement to restore devices to full functionality.

• Keeping meticulous records of repair processes, including diagnostic findings and parts used.
• Staying updated with the latest developments in mobile technology and repair methods to deliver state-of-the-art service.
• Collaborating with fellow technicians and support staff to foster a knowledge-sharing and supportive environment.

• Providing clear and professional communication with team members and, when necessary, with clients regarding repair status and recommendations.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in mobile repair, specifically within the Gulf Region.
• Demonstrated expertise in chip-level diagnostics and repair for a wide range of mobile devices and brands.
• Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle even the most challenging technical issues.
• Deep understanding of mobile hardware, including circuit boards, microchips, and related components.
• Exceptional attention to detail, dexterity, and patience required for intricate repairs.
• Familiarity with the latest tools and equipment used in mobile device servicing.
