What You’ll Be Doing

  • Navigating your delivery bike through Dubai’s vibrant neighborhoods to deliver food orders on time, every time.
  • Communicating clearly and politely with customers, ensuring every order ends with a satisfied smile.
  • Handling cash and digital payments as necessary, keeping accurate records of each delivery.
  • Maintaining your assigned bike — from regular checks to keeping it presentable for each shift.
  • Coordinating with dispatch and support teams to solve issues quickly and keep deliveries on track.
  • Adhering to all road safety regulations and company policies for a smooth, safe ride.
  • Occasionally assisting teammates during peak hours — teamwork makes the dream work!

What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

Must-Haves:

  • A valid UAE motorcycle driving license.
  • At least 1 year of work experience delivering in the UAE (food delivery preferred).
  • Currently residing inside the UAE (applications from outside won’t be considered).
  • Familiarity with Dubai’s main roads and neighborhoods.
  • Good communication skills — basic English is a plus.
  • A reliable, punctual attitude and a customer-first mindset.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience with leading food delivery apps.
  • Additional language skills (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, etc.).
  • Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
