What You’ll Be Doing
- Navigating your delivery bike through Dubai’s vibrant neighborhoods to deliver food orders on time, every time.
- Communicating clearly and politely with customers, ensuring every order ends with a satisfied smile.
- Handling cash and digital payments as necessary, keeping accurate records of each delivery.
- Maintaining your assigned bike — from regular checks to keeping it presentable for each shift.
- Coordinating with dispatch and support teams to solve issues quickly and keep deliveries on track.
- Adhering to all road safety regulations and company policies for a smooth, safe ride.
- Occasionally assisting teammates during peak hours — teamwork makes the dream work!
What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)
Must-Haves:
- A valid UAE motorcycle driving license.
- At least 1 year of work experience delivering in the UAE (food delivery preferred).
- Currently residing inside the UAE (applications from outside won’t be considered).
- Familiarity with Dubai’s main roads and neighborhoods.
- Good communication skills — basic English is a plus.
- A reliable, punctual attitude and a customer-first mindset.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience with leading food delivery apps.
- Additional language skills (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, etc.).
- Knowledge of safe food handling practices.
