Responsibilities

As a Nail & Hair Specialist at Waves Salon, your day-to-day duties will include a variety of hands-on and client-facing tasks designed to provide an exceptional beauty experience. Your main responsibilities are:

• Performing Manicures and Pedicures: Deliver high-quality nail treatments, including shaping, buffing, cuticle care, and nail art, while ensuring the use of safe and hygienic practices.
• Hair Styling and Treatments: Offer a range of hair services, such as cutting, coloring, blow-drying, styling, and treatments, tailored to meet the individual needs and preferences of each client.
• Client Consultation: Listen attentively to clients, assess their beauty goals, and provide professional recommendations on nail and hair care techniques, styles, and products.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep your workspace, tools, and equipment thoroughly sanitized and organized, adhering to salon hygiene standards at all times.
• Staying Updated with Trends: Remain current with the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products in the nail and hair industry, continuously improving your skills through training and self-development.

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a nail technician and hair stylist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in both areas.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in a variety of manicure, pedicure, and hair styling techniques, including classic and contemporary styles.
