About the Family & Setting
Nestled in the lively heart of Al Rigga, you’ll be joining a household that values trust, kindness, and a genuine connection with their caregivers. The family believes in open communication and mutual respect—think of it less as “staff” and more as becoming an extended member of their circle. Mealtimes are shared, and laughter is encouraged. You’ll also have the support of a recruitment agency who will guide you through the application process (please note: a job application fee applies).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for young children—every giggle and milestone counts!
- Assisting with daily routines: meals, naps, playtime, and creative activities that engage curious minds.
- Supporting light household tasks related to the children, such as tidying toys, organizing clothes, and ensuring their spaces are clean.
- Communicating openly with parents about the children’s needs, moods, and any special moments worth sharing.
- Accompanying the family on outings when needed, making sure little ones are cared for both at home and on the go.
- Following routines but also bringing your own gentle, caring touch to each day.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Currently residing in the UAE (applications from outside the country cannot be considered)
- Proven experience caring for young children—whether in a home or professional setting
- Ability to join immediately (or very soon!)
- Friendly, patient, and genuinely caring personality
- Willingness to live-in (accommodation and food provided)
- Good communication skills—enough English to comfortably chat with parents and children
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with infants or toddlers specifically
- First aid training or child safety knowledge
- References from previous families or employers
