What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading daily operations across multiple departments, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Developing and refining processes to boost efficiency — if there’s a better way, you’ll find it.
- Coaching and motivating team members, fostering a culture of accountability and support.
- Monitoring key performance indicators and troubleshooting any dips in productivity.
- Liaising with suppliers, partners, and clients to ensure smooth workflow and clear communication.

- Addressing operational challenges head-on, thinking on your feet when plans change unexpectedly.

What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- At least 5 years’ hands-on experience in operations management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
- Strong leadership skills — you know how to motivate, guide, and inspire a diverse team.
- Outstanding organizational chops; juggling multiple priorities is second nature to you.
- A proactive approach to solving problems — you spot issues before they become roadblocks.
- A valid UAE driving license (non-negotiable for this role).
- Clear, confident communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with local regulations and safety practices in the Al Ain industrial sector.
