What You’ll Be Doing
- Carefully fill and seal a range of food products using semi-automated machinery or manual techniques (it’s more hands-on than you might think!)
- Label products accurately according to daily production schedules and quality specifications
- Perform regular quality checks — flagging anything that’s not up to standard before it leaves your station
- Keep your work area tidy and stocked, supporting seamless shift changes for everyone
- Help with inventory counts and work collaboratively to meet daily output targets (teamwork makes the shift go by quicker)
- Follow all safety and hygiene protocols — in food production, clean really does mean clean!
- Pitch in with other tasks as they come up; no one here says, “That’s not my job”
