About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wanted to see what really happens behind the scenes in a food factory? Here’s your chance to lend a hand in bringing everyday products to families across the UAE. We're looking for energetic and reliable Food Packing & Packaging Workers, as well as Production Assistants, to help keep things moving—and tasty—at our bustling Jebel Ali facility. Whether you’re seeking your first job in the industry or just love the rhythm of a fast-paced production line, we might have a place for you.
About the Company
We’re a well-established food manufacturing factory nestled in the heart of Jebel Ali, Dubai’s industrial pulse. Our team is like a well-oiled machine, but with plenty of personality—if you think food production can’t have some fun, you haven’t seen our monthly team cook-offs or heard the good-natured banter echoing off our production lines. We value hard work, practical thinking, and above all, a sense of teamwork. Here, everyone’s contribution truly matters, whether you’re prepping ingredients or sealing the final package.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working directly on the production line to pack, wrap, and label food products safely and efficiently.
- Checking product quality as you go—because we take pride in what leaves our doors.
- Assisting with loading, unloading, and arranging goods where needed on the factory floor.
- Supporting the production team with setup and changeover of equipment between batches (ever wondered how those machines get so clean? You’ll know soon enough).
- Maintaining a tidy work area—no one likes a sticky spillage or a box out of place.
- Following hygiene and safety guidelines closely (don’t worry, there’s thorough training for this).
- Reporting any line issues or defective products promptly to supervisors.
- Occasionally helping with inventory checks or simple record-keeping.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- A can-do attitude, plus enough energy to keep up with a lively production floor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive tasks with care.
- Basic reading and counting skills—accuracy matters here!
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends if operations require it.
- Either on a visit visa or resident in the UAE—both are welcome.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in food packaging, warehousing, or production (but enthusiasm goes a long way!).
- Familiarity with basic food safety or hygiene standards.
- Able to communicate in basic English or Hindi for coordination with teammates.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Monthly salary between AED 2,500 – AED 3,200 depending on your experience and drive.
- Free company-provided accommodation, making your move to Jebel Ali a breeze.
- Fast-paced, team-focused environment—always something happening, never a dull moment!
- Opportunities to work with people from all around the world; you might pick up a few new recipes or phrases.
- Comprehensive on-the-job training, so you don’t have to walk in knowing everything.
- If you’re reliable and eager, there’s real room to grow (many supervisors started right where you are).
For those ready to jump in, roll up their sleeves, and shape the future of food manufacturing in Dubai, this is your invitation to be part of something rewarding—right from the production line.
