About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to be part of the backbone that keeps Dubai’s food industry moving? As a Packing Worker at our bustling meat and poultry factory in Al Quoz, you’ll see firsthand how your efforts make a real difference—day in, day out. If you’re looking for stable work with the promise of a steady paycheck, a supportive team, and the chance to learn a practical skill set, this role is definitely worth considering.

About the Company

Nestled in the heart of Al Quoz Industrial Area, our factory is a hive of activity where teamwork, careful attention to detail, and respect for quality help supply Dubai’s growing demand for fresh, safely-packed meat and poultry. Around here, everyone knows your name (and probably how you take your karak at break time). We like to keep things efficient but friendly—after all, we know that a happy team makes for productive days. Many of our workers have built strong careers here, and we’re proud of the diverse group that calls our company “home” during the workweek.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Packing fresh meat and poultry into trays or boxes with care and precision to meet hygiene and safety standards.
  • Checking labels and packaging to make sure every product is accurately marked and ready for delivery.
  • Operating simple machinery (don’t worry, we’ll train you) to seal and prepare orders for shipment.
  • Working shoulder-to-shoulder with colleagues to keep the production line moving smoothly—a little speed, a lot of teamwork!
  • Helping maintain a clean work environment by following strict sanitation routines and protocols.
  • Alerting supervisors to any packaging problems or spoiled products so we never miss a beat on quality.
  • Lending a hand wherever needed—we all pitch in when it’s busy, whether that’s restocking supplies or cleaning up at the end of the day.

What You’ll Bring

  • A readiness to tackle physically active work (there’s some standing, lifting, and moving to be done).
  • Good attention to detail—spotting a missing label or a torn package could save the day!
  • Strong sense of reliability and willingness to work in a team.
  • Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety (especially around food) is a plus, but we also provide training.
  • Ability to communicate and follow instructions in either English or Hindi/Urdu.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive monthly salary: AED 2500–3200, based on your experience and performance.
  • Company-provided accommodation, so you don’t have to stress about finding a place to live.
  • Residence visa arranged for visitors if you pass your probation—a clear pathway to building your life in the UAE.
  • Supportive team atmosphere where newcomers are welcomed and everyone looks out for each other.
  • Opportunities to grow your skills, take on more responsibility, or even cross-train for other roles in the factory.
  • Regular breaks and access to staff facilities (tea and laughter included).

We know factory work isn’t always glamorous, but here, it’s honest, stable, and valued. Join us and be part of something that feeds thousands—one well-packed box at a time.

Just a heads up: applications through this recruitment agency include a standard job application fee.
