About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever thought about making a real difference every single day—right in the heart of Dubai? We’re searching for a warm-hearted, attentive Pharmacist to join our expanding medical team. With healthcare playing such a vital role in our community, your expertise could be the missing piece our patients need. If you’re ready to combine your clinical skills with genuine compassion, this opportunity might just be your calling.

About the Company

We’re a close-knit healthcare group with roots in Dubai’s vibrant medical community. Growth is in our DNA, but so is the commitment to personalized care—no one here is just a number. Weekly team huddles, birthday celebrations, and a culture of quick coffee check-ins make us more like a family than a faceless corporation. Our focus? Supporting both our patients and our people, especially as healthcare evolves to meet new challenges.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Dispensing medications with absolute accuracy, ensuring every patient gets exactly what they need
  • Counselling patients on prescription usage, side effects, and offering a listening ear for their concerns
  • Collaborating closely with doctors, nurses, and patients—communication is everything here
  • Keeping detailed records and an organized inventory—because peace of mind comes from order
  • Participating in ongoing quality checks and always looking for ways to improve our service
  • Staying current with regulations and best practices—healthcare doesn’t stand still, and neither do we

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:

    • Valid nursing qualification (recognized by UAE authority)
    • Previous experience as a pharmacist or in a similar healthcare setting
    • Strong attention to detail and a high level of integrity
    • A caring, patient-first outlook—empathy is second nature to you
    • English fluency; Arabic is a bonus but not essential
  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Experience with pharmacy management systems
    • Prior UAE healthcare experience
    • Willingness to participate in team training and community health events

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • AED4200/month salary, with all UAE labor law benefits included
  • Comprehensive medical insurance—you look after others, so we look after you
  • Generous annual leave to replenish your own wellbeing
  • Supportive, diverse team environment—help is always just a desk (or message) away
  • Real career progression—grow with us as we expand
  • A sense of purpose and community impact every day

We pride ourselves on supporting each other and championing professional growth. If you’re ready to be part of a team where your dedication truly matters, we can’t wait to meet you.

(Please note: Our recruitment partners charge a standard application fee as part of the process.)
