Responsibilities

As a core creative member of our team, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Capturing high-quality photographs and videos at events such as weddings, birthday celebrations, and commercial product shoots.
• Collaborating with clients and colleagues to understand their vision and translate it into compelling visual stories.
• Setting up and managing advanced photography and videography equipment to achieve optimal results in a variety of settings.
• Editing photos and videos using industry-standard software to ensure polished, professional content that exceeds client expectations.
• Selecting appropriate lighting, backgrounds, and props to enhance the visual appeal and mood of each project.
• Maintaining an organized digital archive of all photos and video footage for easy retrieval and client access.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in photography and videography to continually elevate the quality of your work.

Requirements

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

• Proven experience as a photographer and videographer, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in event and product shoots.
• Technical proficiency with advanced cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and audio gear.
• Skilled in post-production editing using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar software.
• Strong sense of creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to compose visually stunning images and videos.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standards and on schedule.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.
• Professionalism and reliability, especially in handling confidential or sensitive moments during events.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Full-time availability and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required by event schedules.
