About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to keep the gears of a city turning? As our next Administrative Services Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of vital government documentation — from printing passports and national IDs, to supporting visa applications, vehicle registrations, and beyond. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a year of hands-on experience to step into a bustling, multi-faceted role, gaining exposure to Abu Dhabi’s core civil services and helping individuals and families with some of life’s biggest milestones.
About the Company
Picture a team that thrives at the intersection of detail and service — the kind of office where no two days are alike, but every process matters. We serve as the go-to hub for everything from visa facilitation and residency renewals to working closely with platforms like TAMM and the Dubai court system. Though we’re efficient, we’re never just transactional: our true focus is making sometimes-stressful paperwork surprisingly smooth for the people counting on us. (Pro tip: our team’s daily espresso run is a much-loved ritual, especially on those busier days!)

- Liaising with multiple government departments to ensure all documents are compliant and properly issued
- Supporting the renewals, issuances, and data updates for residencies and commercial licenses
- Maintaining organized digital and physical records — you'd be surprised how much this matters come audit time!
- Occasionally assisting with court system documentation and Dubai-based case procedures
What You’ll Bring
- At least one year of experience handling official documents or public services in the UAE (extra points for direct government service exposure)
- Comfort working with sensitive information, a strong sense of confidentiality, and an eagle eye for detail
- Familiarity with platforms like TAMM, Department of Economic Development portals, and Saudi visa systems
- Good command of both English and Arabic (written and spoken) — you’ll need it to support our diverse clientele
- Customer-centric mindset; you understand that paperwork can be stressful, and your calm, clear manner helps put people at ease
- Quick learner, able to juggle several cases or applications without letting the details slip
Not sure you tick every single box? Let’s talk — we value attitude and willingness to grow just as much as direct experience.
