Responsibilities

As a key member of our carpentry team, you will play a pivotal role in bringing clients’ visions to life. Your daily duties will include:

• Designing and Installing Kitchen Cabinets: Utilize your expertise to craft, assemble, and install bespoke kitchen cabinetry tailored to client specifications.
• Wardrobe and Wall Panel Fabrication: Construct custom wardrobes and wall panels, ensuring all pieces reflect the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
• Precision Measurements & Cutting: Accurately measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials using hand tools, power tools, and woodworking machinery.
• Quality Assurance: Inspect finished products for accuracy, structural integrity, and flawless finishes, making adjustments as needed to meet our company’s exacting standards.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including designers, project managers, and fellow carpenters, to coordinate project timelines and deliver outstanding results.
• Site Preparation & Installation: Prepare installation sites, align and secure components, and ensure finished installations are both beautiful and durable.
• Maintenance & Repairs: Provide ongoing maintenance and repair services for previously installed units when required.
• Health & Safety Compliance: Uphold stringent safety protocols and company guidelines within the workshop and on-site to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who brings both skill and passion to the craft of carpentry. The ideal applicant will demonstrate:

• Proven Carpentry Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in carpentry, with a focus on kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, and wall paneling.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with a wide range of woodworking tools, machinery, and installation techniques.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to execute precise measurements and deliver immaculate finishes, ensuring every project exceeds expectations.
• Creativity & Problem-Solving: Willingness to innovate and find solutions to design or installation challenges.
• Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team setting.
• Physical Fitness: Capability to handle the physical demands of carpentry, including lifting materials and working on-site as needed.
