About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it's like to leave your mark on some of Fujairah’s most vibrant kitchens? We're on the lookout for passionate, creative Chefs ready to bring authentic flavor and flair to the table—whether your specialty is dazzling Arabic & Gulf classics, contemporary International fare, or the delicate artistry of Appetizers & the Cold Kitchen. If you thrive in fast-paced environments where quality counts just as much as quantity, this could be your next big move.

About the Company

At our core, we’re more than just a bustling hospitality group—we’re a family with a shared obsession for great food, learning from one another, and celebrating every small win (yes, there are plenty of spirited chef banter and impromptu tasting sessions around here). Our kitchens pulse with a dynamic mix of tradition and innovation, and we place real value on our team’s diverse backgrounds and culinary perspectives. Whether it’s laughing over a new twist on hummus or planning our next seasonal menu, collaboration keeps us thriving.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Masterfully prepare and present dishes within your specialty (Arabic & Gulf, International, or Appetizers/Cold Kitchen) for both regular service and special events
  • Work alongside fellow chefs and kitchen staff to produce large quantities without ever compromising taste or quality
  • Tweak and innovate recipes to delight guests and meet evolving trends or dietary needs
  • Jump in where needed during peak hours to keep things moving smoothly
  • Maintain impeccable hygiene and food safety standards—no exceptions
  • Help train juniors and share your knowledge (the more tips and tricks, the better!)
  • Monitor inventory for your section and flag what’s needed or running low
  • Handle feedback—both praise and the tough stuff—with professionalism and an open mind

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience as a chef in one of the specialties listed (ideally in high-volume environments)
  • Strong teamwork skills—you know a busy kitchen runs on camaraderie and communication
  • A cool head under pressure (those lunch rushes aren’t for the faint-hearted)
  • Commitment to kitchen hygiene, food safety, and consistency
  • Keen palate and eye for detail; you take just as much pride in plating as in seasoning

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience training juniors or new hires
  • Familiarity with both traditional and modern cooking techniques
  • Basic English or Arabic communication skills
  • Culinary certifications or diplomas

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive pay structure designed to recognize culinary talent
  • Supportive team environment where your voice (and recipes) matter
  • Exposure to a diverse range of cuisines and kitchen methods
  • Opportunities to grow with us—learn new skills, take ownership, maybe even lead a section
  • Staff meals—you’ll never go hungry on shift
  • Uniforms provided, with a focus on both safety and comfort
  • Convenient Fujairah location—no hour-long city commutes here
  • We’re proud of our open, multicultural team vibe, where good humor and mutual respect are always on the menu

If you’re hungry for both a challenge and a home for your talent, this is the place to sharpen your knives and shine. (Please note: This opportunity comes via a reputable recruitment partner that applies a standard application fee.)
