Introduction

Are you passionate about crafting unforgettable dining experiences, especially with the rich flavors of Gulf and Emirati cuisine? We’re looking for talented Chefs and Assistant Chefs ready to bring their skills—and a bit of their own personality—to our kitchen. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the idea of creating dishes that tell a story, this might just be your next chapter. Curiosity, creativity, and a genuine love for food are all welcome here.

About the Company

We’re a growing restaurant team with a simple mission: to offer guests a truly unique taste of the Gulf, all while making them feel right at home. Our kitchen hums with laughter, collaboration, and the tantalizing aroma of spices. The team is a friendly mix of seasoned professionals and up-and-coming talent, all united by a love for authentic Emirati and Gulf flavors. And yes, we take pride in our food—but we also know how to celebrate the little wins, from a perfectly plated dessert to a busy Friday dinner service.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Preparing and presenting a variety of Gulf and Emirati dishes, ensuring authenticity and quality in every bite
  • Collaborating closely with the head chef and kitchen team to plan menus and daily specials
  • Keeping the kitchen organized, clean, and running smoothly—even when the pace picks up
  • Training junior team members in traditional cooking techniques and food safety standards
  • Bringing your own ideas to the table (literally)—we love when our chefs suggest new twists or seasonal specialties
  • Maintaining inventory of ingredients, and working with suppliers for the freshest possible produce
  • Supporting the team in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for every guest

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Experience preparing Gulf and Emirati cuisine, either in the Gulf region or at a reputable restaurant
  • A genuine passion for food and hospitality
  • Strong teamwork skills—our kitchen is a collaborative space
  • Good communication, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Indian or Asian nationality, as per our current team requirements

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, multicultural kitchen
  • Creativity in developing new dishes or adapting classics
  • Familiarity with kitchen management or inventory systems

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive pay, with regular opportunities for raises based on performance
  • Team meals (yes, you get to taste what you create)
  • Supportive leadership that values your ideas and culinary creativity
  • Opportunities for career growth as our restaurant expands
  • A work environment that feels more like a family—where hard work is recognized and celebrated
  • Flexible scheduling options, with some roles offering split shifts or rotated weekends off

We believe that great food starts with great people. If you’re ready to be part of a team that takes both seriously, we can’t wait to meet you.
