About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever found yourself fascinated by the pulse of Dubai’s real estate market—the constant buzz, the new towers rising, the stories behind every set of keys? If you’re ready to turn that fascination into a rewarding career, we’re looking for a Rent Agent who knows Dubai like the back of their hand and has the drive to match the city’s energy. This isn’t just about showing apartments; it’s about helping people find the place where new chapters begin, all while navigating one of the world’s most dynamic property landscapes.
About the Company
Imagine working at a boutique real estate firm where you’re not lost in the shuffle, but valued for your ideas and energy. We’re a tight-knit, results-driven team fueled by collaboration, friendly competition, and Friday lunch runs to our favourite neighborhood spot. Every day is a fresh chance to make an impact, learn something new, and celebrate big wins—both for our clients and one another. Growth? Absolutely. We’re scaling thoughtfully, with a focus on maintaining our reputation for honesty, transparency, and genuine local expertise.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Guiding clients through the Dubai rental process with empathy and clarity—answering questions, explaining paperwork, and sharing neighborhood insights without the salesy script.
- Prospecting and onboarding new rental listings; attending viewings and giving each property the attention (and exposure) it deserves.
- Negotiating rental terms that satisfy both landlords and tenants, staying cool-headed and fair, even when tensions are high.
- Managing all RERA paperwork and compliance matters—yes, the details matter.
- Staying sharp on current inventory, pricing trends, and community vibes so you can always deliver informed recommendations.
- Building relationships that outlast the lease agreement—because referrals are the best kind of compliment.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in the Dubai rental market (you know your Downtown from your JVC!).
- Strong grasp of RERA regulations and Dubai rental procedures.
- Excellent communication chops: you can translate landlord-ese into plain English, and handle negotiations with tact.
- A knack for building genuine client relationships; your reputation matters.
- UAE driving license (preferred but not essential—you’ll thank yourself for it on busy days).
Nice-to-Haves
- Fluency in additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, etc.)—Dubai is a melting pot, after all.
- Tech-savvy enough to use CRM systems and property portals efficiently.
- Creative flair for property marketing (social posts, sharp photos, a catchy listing description).
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive commission structure—your effort, your reward.
- Supportive team culture; advice and coffee always flow freely.
- Regular training sessions to keep your skills sharp (and RERA-compliant).
- Flexible schedule with options for some remote work when needed.
- Modern workspace in the heart of Dubai, plus we throw genuinely fun team events (no forced karaoke, promise).
- Clear path to career growth as we expand.
At the end of the day, this is a place where hustle is appreciated, integrity is non-negotiable, and no win goes uncelebrated. If you’re ready to shape the rental stories of Dubai, let’s talk.
