What You’ll Be Doing
- Greeting customers with a friendly face and helping them find the tech solutions they need
- Advising shoppers on computers, accessories, and services, making technical info easy to understand
- Assembling, maintaining, and upgrading PCs as needed—trust us, your hardware skills will stay sharp
- Troubleshooting basic IT issues and handling repairs (from software installation to component swaps)
- Processing sales transactions accurately, keeping tabs on inventory, and maintaining tidy displays
- Answering shop phone calls, messages, and occasionally supporting customers after a service
- Working closely with your manager to learn the ropes as the shop grows—it’s a team effort all the way
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Good computer knowledge—you know your RAM from your SSD, and enjoy solving tech puzzles
- Basic experience (or strong interest) in PC assembly and maintenance
- Friendly communication skills, especially with walk-in customers (and a knack for making people feel at ease)
- Solid spoken English, enough to explain technical matters without jargon
- Willingness to jump between sales and technical tasks as needed
