What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinating day-to-day office activities so everything’s right where it should be—think of yourself as the invisible engine that keeps us running.
- Managing calendars, appointment scheduling, and meeting arrangements with attention to detail (and a little calendar magic).
- Greeting visitors and clients with a professional, welcoming attitude, making sure every interaction is a positive one.
- Handling email correspondence and phone calls—sometimes urgent, always important.
- Preparing reports, maintaining records, and ensuring documentation is filed and accessible.
- Supporting the team with document processing, travel arrangements, and miscellaneous admin requests as they pop up.
- Lending a hand with office supplies, equipment, and even the occasional birthday surprise!
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar support role.
- Strong organizational chops and a proactive mindset—you don’t wait to be asked twice.
- Professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Comfort using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and willingness to learn new tools.
- Ability to juggle tasks and meet deadlines in a busy environment.

Nice-to-Haves:
