What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinating day-to-day office activities so everything’s right where it should be—think of yourself as the invisible engine that keeps us running.
  • Managing calendars, appointment scheduling, and meeting arrangements with attention to detail (and a little calendar magic).
  • Greeting visitors and clients with a professional, welcoming attitude, making sure every interaction is a positive one.
