What You’ll Be Doing
- Patrolling assigned areas of the mall to deter theft, vandalism, and other security risks
- Monitoring entrances, exits, and CCTV feeds to ensure a safe environment
- Responding swiftly and calmly to incidents, alarms, or emergencies
- Providing friendly, professional assistance to shoppers and staff — whether they’re lost or need help
- Writing clear, concise reports on daily activities and any unusual occurrences
- Coordinating with local authorities or emergency services when necessary
- Upholding the mall’s policies and representing the site with a positive attitude
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Valid SIRA certificate (required for security work in Dubai)
- Good physical fitness and alertness — you’ll be on your feet and moving
- Strong interpersonal skills; you can handle tough conversations and help people feel safe
- Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Reliable, punctual, and able to stay calm under pressure
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in security, especially in retail or mall environments
