What You’ll Be Doing
- Keeping a watchful eye on the villa site throughout your shift, especially during off-hours and weekends
- Checking all entry and exit points to make sure only authorized personnel come and go
- Politely but firmly stopping any unauthorized visitors or suspicious vehicles from entering
- Doing regular walkarounds of the property to spot any unusual activity, safety hazards, or security risks
- Logging incidents, observations, and any interactions in a simple daily report
- Responding quickly to alarms or unusual situations and notifying the relevant contacts
- Working closely with site supervisors and other team members to keep everyone informed
- Taking care of basic site security equipment and keeping your assigned area tidy and functional
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in a security, watchman, or similar role (construction site experience is a plus)
- Good physical fitness—you’ll be on your feet and alert throughout your shift
- Strong sense of responsibility and reliability; you show up on time and take your duties seriously

- Valid visit visa in the UAE, or willingness to transfer sponsorship
