About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Looking for a stable role where your vigilance genuinely matters? As a Security Guard for a villa currently under construction in Sharjah, you’ll play a crucial part in keeping the property, workers, and materials safe during a busy building phase. If you’re someone who takes pride in being reliable and alert, this could be just the steady opportunity you’ve been searching for—especially in today’s competitive job market. Plus, with accommodation, meals, and refreshments provided, you can focus on doing your best work without worrying about the basics.

About the Company

We’re a close-knit team overseeing a private villa project in Sharjah, working hard to create something special from the ground up. Here, everyone’s contribution genuinely counts—security included. Our approach is straightforward but supportive: we value honesty, reliability, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed. You’ll find that, even though we’re focused on construction, we treat our staff like family. Expect straightforward communication, a respectful environment, and a leadership team that checks in regularly (and isn’t shy about sharing a midday cup of tea with the crew).

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keeping a watchful eye on the villa site throughout your shift, especially during off-hours and weekends
  • Checking all entry and exit points to make sure only authorized personnel come and go

  • Logging incidents, observations, and any interactions in a simple daily report
  • Responding quickly to alarms or unusual situations and notifying the relevant contacts
  • Working closely with site supervisors and other team members to keep everyone informed
  • Taking care of basic site security equipment and keeping your assigned area tidy and functional

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in a security, watchman, or similar role (construction site experience is a plus)
  • Good physical fitness—you’ll be on your feet and alert throughout your shift
  • Strong sense of responsibility and reliability; you show up on time and take your duties seriously
  • Ability to communicate clearly and respectfully, even under pressure
  • Valid visit visa in the UAE, or willingness to transfer sponsorship

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Basic English or Arabic language skills
  • Familiarity with simple report writing or logging
  • A calm, level-headed approach in emergencies

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive monthly salary of AED 1200
  • Comfortable accommodation provided—no need to worry about rent
  • Daily meals and drinks included, so your essentials are covered
  • Supportive, respectful atmosphere where you’re treated as part of the team
  • Stable employment opportunity in a growing part of Sharjah
  • Guidance and support for sponsorship transfer (if needed)
  • A straightforward work environment with clear expectations

We know that a good workplace isn’t just about the paycheck—it’s about being valued, supported, and able to focus on what you do best. If you’re seeking a stable, respectful job where you can make a real difference, we hope to meet you soon.
