About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever thought about being part of something essential in the fast-paced logistics world? We’re looking for Security Officers & Security Guards, SIRA-certified and ready to step into a vital role with our Warehouse & Logistics team right here in Al Quoz, Dubai. In an industry where every detail counts, your vigilance helps keep goods—and people—safe. If you’re in the UAE and have an eye for detail, this is your chance to join a busy operation where you’re genuinely valued.
About the Company
Our team is at the beating heart of Dubai’s bustling logistics scene. We don’t just move boxes—we move ideas, ambitions, and the trust of some of the biggest names in the industry. The warehouse is a hive of activity, but there’s a real sense of camaraderie here—think daily WhatsApp banter, impromptu tea breaks, and the shared pride that comes with tight, well-run operations. We may work hard, but we also know how to look out for each other. That’s not just a motto; it’s how we keep things running smoothly, shift after shift.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Patrolling the warehouse, floors, exterior, and docks to deter theft or unauthorized access—eyes open, always.
- Monitoring CCTV feeds, alarms, entrances, and exits. You’ll be the first line of defense against anything out of order.
- Checking vehicles and personnel as they come and go, ensuring everyone has the right clearance.
- Enforcing company security protocols (like reporting incidents in real time—don’t worry, we’ll show you how our system works).
- Responding quickly to alarms, emergencies, or anything out of the ordinary.
- Supporting warehouse staff with daily safety checks and escorts when required.
- Writing up straightforward but thorough incident reports whenever needed.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Valid SIRA certificate—this is a must for all candidates.
- 1–3 years’ experience as a Security Officer or Guard (the specific role will depend on your experience).
- Currently residing inside the UAE and ready to interview and join on short notice.
- Solid communication skills—able to speak and write basic English (other languages a plus).
- Physically fit and ready for active shifts—lots of walking and standing.
- Professional attitude—you take pride in your work, whether at the front gate or behind the monitors.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Previous experience in warehouse or logistics security.
- Familiarity with international work culture (we’re a very diverse team).
- Additional spoken languages.
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Free accommodation provided (just bring your essentials).
- Visa sponsorship covered by us—no extra costs.
- Competitive salary—AED 2,500 to 3,500 per month, depending on your role and experience, always paid on time.
- Paid annual leave each year—go see your family or just recharge.
- Overtime opportunities when things get busy (and yes, you’ll be compensated).
- Diverse and welcoming teammates; you’ll meet people from all over the world.
- Stable shifts—our schedules are fair and well planned so you can organize your life outside work.
- Real support from managers—your safety and growth matter as much to us as the security of our warehouses.
We know security often goes unrecognized, but here, your role is genuinely appreciated. If you take pride in keeping things safe and want to be part of a team that treats you like one of their own, we hope you’ll consider joining us.
