What You’ll Be Doing
For Security Guards:
- Patrol designated premises to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access
- Conduct routine inspections of entrances, exits, and surveillance equipment
- Offer friendly, professional support to residents, staff, and visitors
- Respond calmly to emergencies and follow all security protocols
For CCTV Operators:
- Monitor multiple camera feeds for unusual or suspicious activity
- Keep detailed incident logs and escalate urgent matters efficiently
- Coordinate with on-ground security staff during incidents
For Security Supervisors:
- Lead and motivate your team to carry out their duties to the highest standard
- Arrange shift schedules and briefings—smooth operations are the goal
- Investigate reported incidents and prepare clear, timely reports
All positions involve close collaboration with colleagues and clients, making communication and teamwork essential.
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience in security, facility management, or a similar environment
- Strong attention to detail—nothing escapes you!
- Reliable work ethic and willingness to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends
- For supervisors: proven track record in a supervisory or team lead role
- Good understanding of safety and emergency protocols
- Ability to communicate well in English (additional languages a plus)
- Willingness and eligibility to start immediately in Dubai
Nice-to-Haves:
- Valid SIRA license or equivalent certification
- Basic computer proficiency for CCTV operations and reporting
- Positive, approachable attitude—people feel at ease working with you
- Knowledge of Dubai’s neighborhoods and local security requirements
