What You’ll Be Doing

  • For Security Guards:

    • Patrol designated premises to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access
    • Conduct routine inspections of entrances, exits, and surveillance equipment
    • Offer friendly, professional support to residents, staff, and visitors
    • Respond calmly to emergencies and follow all security protocols
  • For CCTV Operators:

    • Monitor multiple camera feeds for unusual or suspicious activity
    • Keep detailed incident logs and escalate urgent matters efficiently
    • Coordinate with on-ground security staff during incidents
  • For Security Supervisors:

    • Lead and motivate your team to carry out their duties to the highest standard
    • Arrange shift schedules and briefings—smooth operations are the goal
    • Investigate reported incidents and prepare clear, timely reports

All positions involve close collaboration with colleagues and clients, making communication and teamwork essential.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Previous experience in security, facility management, or a similar environment
  • Strong attention to detail—nothing escapes you!
  • Reliable work ethic and willingness to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends
  • For supervisors: proven track record in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Good understanding of safety and emergency protocols
  • Ability to communicate well in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Willingness and eligibility to start immediately in Dubai

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Valid SIRA license or equivalent certification
  • Basic computer proficiency for CCTV operations and reporting
  • Positive, approachable attitude—people feel at ease working with you
  • Knowledge of Dubai’s neighborhoods and local security requirements
