What You’ll Be Doing
- Securing all building entrances and monitoring access points throughout your shift
- Greeting visitors, verifying credentials, and managing entry logs with friendly professionalism
- Conducting routine patrols of the premises to spot and address potential security issues
- Responding promptly and calmly to emergencies or unusual activity
- Assisting residents, staff, and guests with security-related questions or concerns
- Coordinating with property management and fellow security staff to ensure seamless operations
- Keeping accurate records of incidents and daily activities
- Shifts may include evenings, nights, or weekends—flexibility is part of the job
What You’ll Bring

- Prior experience in a security role (residential or commercial preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends as needed
