Introduction

Looking for your next challenge as a skilled carpenter? If craftsmanship is in your blood and you thrive on turning raw materials into functional beauty, this opportunity in Dibba, Fujairah might just be what you’ve been searching for. Here, it’s not just about hammer and nails—it’s about leaving your personal signature in every closet, kitchen, and bespoke bedroom you help create. Ready to work where your skills are genuinely valued and every project brings something new?

About the Company

Nestled between the mountains and sea, our growing team is passionate about making modern living spaces feel special. We’re a close-knit crew that appreciates the artistry of carpentry—whether it’s a hand-finished wardrobe or an intricate wall panel. At our workspace, one minute you might be trading ideas with a designer over coffee, the next you’re showing off your latest solution for a tricky installation challenge. There’s a real sense of pride (and a bit of friendly competition) in every project we complete, and everyone’s contribution is noticed.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Building, installing, and finishing custom closets, kitchen fittings, bedroom units, and decorative wall features.
  • Working hands-on with wood and PVC panel board materials, ensuring precise cutting and assembly.
  • Following detailed design instructions—and occasionally offering your own suggestions for improvements.
  • Managing your own time and workflow to deliver high-quality results within set deadlines.
  • Conducting final checks on installations to make sure every detail is up to scratch—no sharp edges or shaky hinges on your watch!
  • Collaborating with a small team when needed, but mostly taking ownership of your own projects.
  • Troubleshooting on-site issues as they arise, keeping a cool head in the face of last-minute adjustments.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves:

  • Proven experience working in carpentry and installation within the UAE market.
  • Strong skills with both wood and PVC panel board projects.
  • Ability to work independently, efficiently, and safely—without direct supervision.
  • Comfort with reading and interpreting design instructions, sketches, or shop drawings.
  • A keen eye for detail and a sense of pride in completing each project to the highest standard.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with modern hardware, fittings, or modular systems.
  • Previous experience handling decorative finishes or specialized joinery work.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive monthly salary: AED 1,500–2,500, based on your experience.
  • Company-provided visa for secure, legal employment.
  • Work on unique and interesting carpentry projects—not just the same old kitchen day after day.
  • Supportive colleagues who respect your craftsmanship and ideas.
  • Safe, modern workspace and all the professional tools you need.
  • Opportunities to learn new techniques and grow your reputation as a skilled carpenter.

If you’re looking for a place where your skills matter and your talent shapes real living spaces, let’s start building something great—together.
