About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Ever wondered what it’s like to be part of a team where every detail matters and your contribution genuinely shapes guest experiences? At Noor Al Ain Group, we’re passionate about cultivating talent and building teams that grow stronger together. Right now, we’re looking for dedicated and energetic professionals to join our Soft Services (Hospitality & Cleaning) department, with immediate openings for roles in supervision as well as VIP front desk operations. If you thrive in a dynamic, people-first environment, this could be your ideal next chapter.

About Noor Al Ain Group

Noor Al Ain Group isn’t your average employer — here, you’re part of a community that celebrates progress and values every individual’s role. You’ll find that teamwork isn’t just a buzzword: daily check-ins keep everyone aligned, and monthly team breakfasts are when great ideas get shared (and often sparked over cardamom coffee). We’re steadily expanding in facilities management and hospitality, always with a focus on integrity, growth, and making even the busiest shifts feel rewarding. If you join us, you’re not just clocking in; you’re becoming a vital part of a company that believes in growing side by side.

What You’ll Be Doing

Supervisor

  • Oversee cleaning and hospitality teams during assigned shifts, ensuring all standards are met and exceeded.
  • Provide hands-on guidance, training, and motivation to team members — you’ll be the go-to person when someone needs support.
  • Coordinate daily schedules, resolve small issues before they become big ones, and step in when extra help is needed.
  • Conduct regular inspections to guarantee quality, safety, and consistency in client areas.

Assistant Supervisor

  • Support the supervisor with rostering, team briefings, and ensuring that all necessary cleaning and hospitality supplies are in stock.
  • Act as a first line of communication for team questions or minor client requests — keeping operations running smooth and guests happy.
  • Step up to lead when the supervisor is off-shift or busy, taking ownership of tasks with a proactive approach.

VIP Front Desk Attendant (Male)

  • Be the first smiling face guests see at our VIP lounge — greeting, assisting, and ensuring all needs are met with utmost discretion.
  • Handle check-in processes, provide relevant information, and coordinate with hospitality teams to deliver a seamless VIP client experience.
  • Keep workspace organized, notices up to date, and make sure every visitor leaves with a positive impression.

What You’ll Bring

Must-Haves

  • Relevant experience in hospitality, facility cleaning, or guest services (exact requirements depending on the position).
  • Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus (especially Arabic).
  • Willingness to work in a rotational shift pattern (hospitality never sleeps, after all!).
  • Team spirit and reliability — you’re there for your colleagues when it counts.
  • Professional appearance and a genuine passion for service.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Prior team leadership experience for supervisor/assistant roles.
  • Basic computer skills for the front desk role (booking systems, MS Office).
  • Experience serving VIP clients or working in upscale environments.
  • Training certifications in hospitality or facilities management.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary with opportunities for overtime and shift incentives.
  • Friendly, close-knit teams where mentorship is part of everyday life.
  • Clear pathways for promotion — we prioritize hiring and promoting from within.
  • Uniforms and on-duty meals provided, plus a transport allowance for eligible staff.
  • Modern staff lounges designed for rest and recharge between duties.
  • Support for learning and career development, including in-house workshops.

At Noor Al Ain Group, respect, teamwork, and professional growth aren’t just policies — they’re woven into our culture. If you’re ready to bring your skills to a place that values your future as much as your work, we’re excited to meet you.
