We are seeking talented and motivated tailors to join our dynamic team in Sharjah, specializing in women’s clothing. This opportunity is open for two dedicated women’s clothing tailors and one skilled pant-shirt tailor. Responsibilities

As a valued member of our tailoring team, your daily tasks will include:

• Sewing and Assembling Garments: Construct elegant women’s apparel and tailored pants and shirts to meet the highest standards of quality and fit.
• Cutting and Pattern Making: Accurately cut fabrics and follow patterns to create garments that align with client specifications.
• Detailing and Finishing: Add intricate finishes, including hemming, embroidery, and decorative touches, ensuring each piece is unique and beautifully crafted.
• Alterations and Adjustments: Provide precise alterations and fittings to guarantee customer satisfaction and comfort.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections on completed items, ensuring every garment meets our strict quality standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with fellow tailors and designers, contributing ideas and solutions to achieve creative excellence.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrable expertise in tailoring women’s dresses, pants, and shirts, with a portfolio or work samples preferred.
• Technical Skills: Advanced ability with sewing machines, overlockers, and hand-stitching, as well as knowledge of different fabrics and garment construction techniques.
• Attention to Detail: A commitment to perfection, ensuring every stitch and seam is executed flawlessly.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
• Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication for understanding customer needs and collaborating with the team.
• Visa Status: Preference will be given to applicants who currently hold a valid visa.
