What You’ll Be Doing

  • Crafting a variety of teas and hot beverages to order, with consistent taste and quality
  • Listening to customer preferences and recommending blends or brews they’ll love
  • Keeping your workspace spotless—cleaning utensils, counters, and equipment as you go
  • Handling cash or point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
  • Monitoring inventory and letting the team know when supplies run low
  • Following safety and hygiene protocols at every step

  • Working a 10-hour shift each day, maintaining energy and focus throughout
