What You’ll Be Doing
- Crafting a variety of teas and hot beverages to order, with consistent taste and quality
- Listening to customer preferences and recommending blends or brews they’ll love
- Keeping your workspace spotless—cleaning utensils, counters, and equipment as you go
- Handling cash or point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
- Monitoring inventory and letting the team know when supplies run low
- Following safety and hygiene protocols at every step
- Contributing to a friendly, welcoming atmosphere for customers and coworkers alike
- Working a 10-hour shift each day, maintaining energy and focus throughout
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Previous experience preparing tea or working in a café/restaurant setting
