What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the UAE national curriculum, adapting your style to inspire every learner
- Create a classroom environment where each child feels respected, challenged, and supported
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback that motivates improvement
- Collaborate with colleagues on lesson planning, school events, and continuous professional development
- Build positive relationships with students and parents, communicating openly about academic and personal growth
- Take part in extracurricular activities, from school plays to science fairs, helping students discover their passions
- Stay up-to-date with best teaching practices and education trends relevant to the UAE context
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant subject area
- Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, B.Ed, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the primary or secondary level
- Familiarity with the UAE national curriculum and its assessment standards
- Strong English communication skills (Arabic is a bonus, but not required)
- A caring, student-centered approach and a genuine desire to see every child succeed
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience teaching in the UAE or wider GCC region
- Skills in using technology to enhance learning
- Willingness to contribute to extracurricular programs or school initiatives
