About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements

Introduction

Looking to make a real impact in the classroom — and shape the educational journeys of bright young minds? We’re searching for dedicated Primary and Secondary Teachers to join a thriving, well-regarded school in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. If you’ve ever wondered what it’s like to teach at a place that truly values both academic rigor and personal growth, you might just find this opportunity refreshing. Here, fostering both knowledge and curiosity isn’t a slogan: it’s our daily mission.

About the Company

Nestled in the vibrant Mussafah community, our school has built its name on an uncompromising commitment to educational excellence. But we’re not just about exam results or packed lesson plans — we’re big believers in growth, for students and staff alike. You’ll find a supportive environment, open-door leadership, and colleagues who enthusiastically swap ideas over morning coffee (and yes, Friday demo days are practically a tradition). Everyone is encouraged to bring a bit of themselves into the classroom — we know diversity makes us stronger.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver engaging lessons to primary or secondary students, using prescribed curricula as your foundation — and your own creativity for the finishing touches.
  • Track and assess student progress closely, sharing regular feedback with learners and parents to support strong academic outcomes.
  • Tailor your teaching approach to meet the diverse needs of your classroom, making sure no student gets left behind.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers to exchange best practices and develop cross-curricular projects (one of our team’s favorite ways to spice up the academic year).
  • Take part in school events, whether that’s a science fair or a heartfelt graduation ceremony.
  • Encourage a classroom culture that balances high expectations with kindness and support — we want students who are both challenged and cared for.

What You’ll Bring

  • Must-Haves:

    • At least one year of experience teaching in a school environment.
    • Strong command of the relevant primary or secondary curricula (bonus points if you can demonstrate creative lesson development).
    • Excellent classroom management skills — and a knack for building rapport with students.
    • Passion for education and a genuine desire to see students thrive.
  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Previous experience teaching in Abu Dhabi or the broader UAE.
    • Familiarity with differentiated instruction and inclusive education practices.
    • Willingness to participate in extracurricular activities, clubs, or academic competitions.

Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Competitive salary packages in line with your experience
  • Modern classrooms and excellent teaching resources — no more hunting for a working whiteboard!
  • Supportive administration and a culture that welcomes new ideas
  • Professional development opportunities, with regular in-house training and access to conferences
  • A diverse, friendly team of educators (with plenty of shared stories and a generous sense of humor)
  • Opportunities for career advancement as the school continues to grow
  • Convenient location in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, with easy access via major roadways

You’ll be joining more than just a school — you’ll be part of a community that’s passionate, collaborative, and ambitious about making a difference every single day.
