What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver engaging lessons to early, middle, or high school students, adapting to diverse learning styles
- Actively supervise students, ensuring a safe, supportive, and positive environment
- Use modern teaching methods and technology to bring lessons to life
- Regularly monitor and report on each student’s progress and development
- Provide extra support to students who need it, both inside and outside the classroom
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan lessons and interdisciplinary projects
- Communicate openly with parents, keeping them involved in their child’s educational journey
- Attend and contribute to team meetings, workshops, and school events
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Prior teaching experience relevant to early, middle, or high school
- A teaching qualification or degree in education (B.Ed or equivalent)
- Effective communication skills—you’re as comfortable leading a class discussion as you are chatting with students and parents
- A genuine interest in student development and a flexible, problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team setting
Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience with international or UAE curricula
- Familiarity with integrating technology and digital tools into the classroom
- Specialized training or interests (STEM, arts, languages, etc.)
- Fluency in both English and Arabic
