About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Ever wondered what it’s like to be the person everyone counts on when something needs fixing? We’re looking for two dedicated technicians (one Electrician, one Plumber) to join our trusted team in Al Qusais 3. If you take pride in your skills, enjoy problem-solving on the spot, and want steady, rewarding work, this could be your next great move. With a focus on quality workmanship and service, we believe every day brings a new challenge—and a chance to shine.
About the Company
We’re a close-knit maintenance services company serving Al Qusais 3 and the surrounding neighborhoods. Here, no one’s just a number—we remember birthdays, learn each other’s coffee preferences, and swap stories during quick tool breaks. Our team thrives on reliability, skill, and good humor, whether we’re helping local businesses or fixing up someone’s family home. We might not be the biggest company, but our reputation for honesty and quality keeps us growing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Carrying out installation, routine maintenance, and repairs for electrical (Electrician) or plumbing (Plumber) systems in both residential and commercial properties
- Responding quickly and effectively to client service calls—sometimes solo, sometimes with a buddy from the team
- Troubleshooting faults and coming up with practical, lasting solutions on the job
- Safely using hand and power tools, always keeping best practices in mind
- Keeping detailed, accurate records of work performed—you’ll thank yourself when it’s time for follow-ups!
- Communicating with clients in a friendly, professional manner and keeping them in the loop
- Occasionally driving to different sites within Al Qusais and nearby areas (if you’ve got a license, that helps a lot)
What You’ll Bring
Must-Haves:
- Solid, hands-on experience in your trade (either electrical work or plumbing)
- Knowledge of installation, repairs, and maintenance—wiring or pipes, you know your field
- Ability to work reliably on your own and as part of a small team
- A strong work ethic—you’re the kind of person who shows up ready to tackle whatever’s on the list
- Eligibility to work in the UAE
Nice-to-Haves:
- A valid UAE driving license (definitely preferred!)
- Experience working in both residential and commercial settings
- Comfort with speaking basic English or Arabic to chat with clients
Not sure you tick every box? We’d still love to hear from you.
Why You’ll Love Working Here
- Competitive salary between AED 2,500 and AED 3,500, based on your experience and skillset
- Regular working hours, with overtime opportunities if you’re eager for more
- Supportive team—you won’t be left guessing, and help is always a quick call away
- A variety of job sites: apartments, shops, villas — every day is different
- Tools and safety gear provided
- Room for growth as our company expands (seriously, we promote from within)
- Work-life balance matters to us; we want you to feel at home here, not burnt out
We know skilled tradespeople have choices. If you’re looking for honest work, decent pay, and a crew that respects what you do—we can’t wait to meet you.
