About the Role: Responsibilities, Skills, and Requirements
Introduction
Curious about taking your hands-on technical skills to a fast-paced, real-world environment? Our team is on the lookout for experienced Technicians in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain—the kind who love rolling up their sleeves and solving challenges head-on. Whether your specialty is weaving clean network cabling or setting up robust security systems, this is a unique chance to bring your expertise to projects that shape how people live and work in the UAE.
About the Company
Here, we’re not just about wires and hardware—we’re about building trust, tackling complexity, and making modern technology accessible and reliable for every client. Our company culture? Think collaborative problem-solving, team lunches to celebrate big milestones, and the occasional (friendly) debate about the fastest way to pull a perfect cable run. As we continue to grow in both cities, we’re focused on supporting each other, sharing knowledge, and keeping our standards sky-high.
What You’ll Be Doing

- Setting up, aligning, and maintaining CCTV/security camera systems—from basic monitoring setups to more complex, multi-camera environments.
- Collaborating with project managers and teammates to plan installations and tweak solutions in the field.
- Testing, labeling, and documenting all completed work, ensuring clients have a system they can rely on (and understand!).
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues—sometimes under pressure, always with resilience.
- Bringing new ideas to the table when it comes to improving installation processes or team workflows.
